I have spoken in schools, primary & secondary, for stress management & to teach mindfulness and mental health awareness, anti bullying and nutrition. Also Business talks for motivation, mental health awarenes, mindfulness & team building.
I love to write about my blessings now and how I got to where I am, each hurdle I have leapt over. I am currently in the process of writing my first set of E-Book courses to be launched at the end of 2020.
